What are the two most important things you should do as a staff member?: [/color]The two most important things a staff member should do is be respectful to the players and help and keep the community strong. You should always be respectful no matter who your interacting with, but what makes respecting players more important is that the player will enjoy the server more. They will realize they can play and on the off chance that they get RDMd (or something else), they know that they will get a mature admin to handle the situation. Staff should always help keep the community strong because that is the servers playerbase. If they playerbase dies, whats the point of even having the server. [color=#2980b9]B4. What’s more important staff or the players?: [/color] I say the players because if there are no dedicated players to commit to helping the server, then the server is chaos. Also, there would be no staff if no players applied. [color=#2980b9]B5. A technical issue has happened on the server, what do you do?:[/color] First thing I will do is alert anyone on the forum or discord. Then they will fix the issue. If there are no staff on, then I will do my best to fix the issue, and or administrate the server to stop the issue being abused. [color=#2980b9]B6. Someone is being annoying or an inconvenience by using technicalities in the rules what do you do?: [/color]I will explain to them what the intention of the rule is. If they don't comprehend the rule then I will punish them accordingly.
